• You must be graduating after November 1st, 2026 OR you must have a student status as of February 1st, 2027

Let’s talk about the role!     

As Ecommerce Intern you will be working across the direct eCommerce and Marketplace business within The North Face. This is an amazing opportunity to gain experience across content creation, website merchandising, digital marketing, marketplaces and customer experience.

This internship is designed to give you a very broad experience across the entire Digital function and is a rotation scheme by design.  This means you will work within different functions gaining valuable skills quickly and help build a clear path towards where you enjoy working the most.

How you'll make a difference

Get ready to make an impact! Here’s what you’ll be responsible for joining our team:

• Marketplaces - Onboarding seasonal ranges across Zalando, JD Sports, ASOS.
• Content - Reviewing all product descriptions and supporting the seasonal onboarding and translation process.
• Trading - Managing product listing pages, internal search result pages and ensuring products in demand are available for customers.
• Digital marketing - Supporting with budget management and email calendar
• Customer experience - Reviewing the user journey, checkout and finding pain points.
• Resale Program Support - Assisting in the operational management of the resale program, supporting product intake, categorization and coordination with internal stakeholders.

Skills that will make you succeed:

• An interest in online or in store retail / shopping and what a experience looks like
• Analytical and detail orientated mindset
• Natural problem solver and consumer focused
• Fluent English speak but other languages are a huge bonus (German / Italian)
• A passion for the outdoors
