At Busy Bees Aoraki Early Education Centre in Timaru,  ​you'll join a passionate, supportive team where tamariki come first. This is a part-time role: 30 hours a week.

About You | Mou

Previous experience in an ECE environment is an advantage, but we'll also consider candidates who demonstrate:

• A passion for teaching tamariki and building a career in ECE

• An approachable nature that makes our whanau and tamariki feel truly at home.

• Plenty of initiative and a proactive "can-do" spirit to keep our daily flow moving.

• Great communication skills to build quick rapport with everyone in our community.

• A heart for following a child’s lead and a genuine drive to grow your own skills.

• Integrity in every interaction with our team and families.
