Description of Work

Early Intervention Service Coordinators (EISCs) are the heart of the Early Intervention system! They play a vital role in supporting children in the NC Infant-Toddler Program and empowering families as their child’s first and most important teachers. • Conducting home visits to provide guidance and coordinate care
• Coordinating services such as speech, occupational, and physical therapy
• Arranging and monitoring early intervention services to ensure continuity and quality
• Planning for children’s smooth transition to other services at age three
