About the AIG Early Career Programme

How you will make an impact

• Learn about Fraud and Recovery operations whilst getting to work within  the regional performance team.
• Learn the end to end process of claims handling
• Support with the delivery of the fraud and recovery strategies
• Support the implementation of Fraud and Recovery specific strategic initiatives, improvement projects, stakeholder engagement, regional reporting, communications and the global change and transformation agenda across the globe
• Support effective business operations using Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
• Learn and maintain project support documentation, tracking and agreed risks and issue logs.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree to be received no later than July 2027.
• Previous work or volunteering experience in any industry or sector
• Evidence of extra-curricular activities

• A team player with strong communication and relationship building skills.

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Motivated, proactive, and accountable
