(NOTE: A human reviews every application at Oceans, so please apply for only one position and only once a year—if you're a better fit for another role, we’ll route your application accordingly and if we’re not quite ready for you, we’ll reach back out later.)
At Oceans, we help the best and brightest of Sri Lanka to take advantage of opportunities that otherwise wouldn’t be available to them, while supporting entrepreneurs around the world. Our community (we call them Divers) don’t do surface work—they go deep to solve complex challenges and make a real impact. And in doing so, they support bold ideas, expand their skills, broaden their expertise, and grow their careers, all without having to leave family and friends.
As the E-commerce Operations Lead, you'll own the day-to-day operational execution of a growing DTC e-commerce ecosystem, with a particular focus on Shopify administration, CRO, data analysis, quality assurance, product management, and cross-functional coordination.
You'll work deeply within Shopify and its interconnected subscription and marketing ecosystem, maintaining products, bundles, subscription offers, discounts, and related configurations while identifying and resolving issues before they affect customers. You'll also take ownership of structured CRO experimentation, using data to identify opportunities, execute tests, interpret results, and turn findings into practical improvements.
This is a highly hands-on role for someone who can bring structure to a complex e-commerce environment. You'll coordinate with developers, agencies, customer service, fulfillment teams, and external vendors, while documenting processes and creating repeatable systems that allow the operation to scale without relying on institutional knowledge.
