Our partner is an international company looking for a new colleague to further develop its e-commerce and digital channels.

We are looking for an independent, proactive E-commerce & Digital Specialist who already has a few years of relevant experience, understands how online sales channels work, and can combine hands-on execution with a strong business mindset.

Your responsibilities will include

• Supporting the day-to-day operation and continuous development of e-commerce platforms
• Managing website content, products, and promotions
• Actively participating in the planning and execution of digital campaigns
• Coordinating PPC, display, social media, and CRM activities
• Continuously analyzing and improving website traffic and conversion
• Coordinating e-commerce campaigns and digital projects
• Preparing performance reports, analyses, and presentations
• Monitoring digital KPIs, campaign results, and ROI metrics
• Continuously optimizing the customer journey and online user experience
• Collaborating with marketing, sales, and other internal departments
• Liaising with external agencies, service providers, and international stakeholders
• Participating in e-commerce and digital development projects

Requirements

You are a great fit if

• You have at least 3 years of experience in e-commerce and/or digital marketing
• You have hands-on experience in online sales or digital marketing
• You have a solid understanding of digital campaigns and online channels
• You have fluent English, both written and spoken
• You have an analytical mindset and enjoy making data-driven decisions
• You can manage tasks and projects independently
• You prioritize well and can confidently handle multiple tasks at once
• You are a proactive, results-oriented, solution-focused person
• You enjoy working in an international environment, collaborating with multiple stakeholders

Nice to have

• Knowledge of GA4
• SEO experience
• Knowledge of CRM and/or CMS systems
• Experience with e-commerce platforms
