Job Family Summary: The Management Intern/Co-op job family at Procter & Gamble encompasses a range of roles that involve supporting and assisting in the execution of strategies within the team or organization. Job Description:

This role is part of our Management Internship/Co-op program. As an intern or co-op, you will be given real responsibility from day one, working with key stakeholders on important projects that deliver tangible business results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in supporting IT and digital initiatives within the team or organization.
• Support the development and implementation of digital solutions, tools, and technology to improve business processes and user experience.
• Assist in data analysis and visualization to generate insights and support business decision-making.
• Participate in technology projects, including system improvement, automation, and process optimization under guidance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into practical technology solutions.
• Explore and apply emerging technologies, including AI and automation, to support business opportunities and improve efficiency.
• Engage in learning opportunities to develop practical knowledge of IT, data, digital solutions, and business operations.

Job Qualifications

• Third or fourth-year university student in any field but preferred in Computer Engineering or related fields
• Master's degree student who will graduate in 2027 in any field but preferred in business-related fields and no work experience
• Be able to join the full program on May 2027 – July 2027 (10 Weeks)
• Must have proven success of strong leadership by envisioning, direction setting, and enrolling others; thinking/problem solving; creativity & innovation; initiative & follow-through; communication; and priority setting.
• Fluent in English and Thai
