ROLE PURPOSE: To collaborate with private banking teams to promote mutual fund products, provide training, and deliver investment solutions aligned with clients’ financial goals. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE: • Work closely with ttb Private Banking teams , solving problem to ensure that sales staff are well-equipped to offer mutual funds products effectively. • Training and educate as well as providing mutual fund product feature, Structure Funds, Investment knowledge, economic situation and strategies to ttb sales staff. • Visit clients and recommend investment plans that clients can use to achieve their financial goals and objectives. • Participate in marketing activities i.e. booth activities, seminars, and clients visit to be in linewith the strategies planned • Provide mutual fund products according investment strategies and goals • Others assigned by team lead and senior leaders. QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE: • Bachelor's degree or Master degree with minimum of 1-3 years of experience in mutual fund Relationship Manager or Private Fund business. • Self-motivated and organized individual. • Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills. • Problem solving and analytical skills. TECHNICAL/ FUNCTIONAL SKILLS: • Expertise in wealth management products (mutual funds, bonds, insurance, structured products). ⦁ Financial planning and advisory for affluent clients. ⦁ Regulatory compliance and risk management knowledge. ⦁ Portfolio analysis and asset allocation. • Familiarity with CRM and digital wealth platforms. BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS: ⦁ Client-Centric Approach. ⦁ Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. ⦁ Analytical and problem-solving ability. • Adaptability and continuous learning.
