Job Responsibilities
- Wash, sanitize, and put away dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area.
- Follow proper sanitation, food safety, and infection control procedures.
- Assist with keeping kitchen floors, equipment, and work areas clean.
- Remove trash and maintain a clean kitchen environment.
- Assist the Dietary team with additional kitchen duties as needed.
- Ensure all dishes and utensils are properly cleaned and sanitized.
Qualifications
- Dependable and punctual.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to cleanliness and sanitation.
- Ability to work well with others as part of a team.
- Previous kitchen or dishwashing experience preferred but not required.
