About the Role

The Director– Product, Population Health is a senior product leadership role responsible for the vision, strategy, and portfolio for Population Health within Atlas, Innovaccer's Population Health platform.

In this role, you will translate market, customer, and healthcare industry needs into a differentiated product strategy and drive measurable customer and business outcomes across the portfolio. You will lead and develop a high-performing product organization while partnering closely with the CPO and senior company leadership.

You will work across Product, Engineering, Design, Data/AI, Clinical, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations to build intelligent, scalable solutions that transform population health workflows and improve healthcare outcomes.

A Day in the Life

● Portfolio Ownership: Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and portfolio for Population Health within Atlas, aligning product priorities with customer, market, and business needs.

● Product-Market Fit: Lead customer and market discovery to identify unmet needs, validate opportunities, strengthen differentiation, and drive adoption.

● Strategic Prioritization: Define priorities across population health, care delivery, analytics, AI, intelligence, and customer experiences while guiding investment and resource allocation.

● Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Engineering, Design, Data/AI, Clinical, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to translate complex healthcare needs into scalable products.

● Executive Customer Engagement: Build trusted relationships with senior leaders across health systems, payers, ACOs, CINs, and other healthcare organizations to shape product direction and drive adoption.

● Commercial Partnership: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Solutions teams on positioning, commercialization, strategic accounts, launches, and market opportunities.

● Product Outcomes: Define and track portfolio-level metrics across adoption, customer value, retention, revenue, workflow efficiency, and clinical/business outcomes.

● Market Leadership: Represent Innovaccer’s Population Health product strategy with customers, partners, and healthcare industry stakeholders.

● AI & Intelligence Strategy: Identify opportunities to leverage AI, analytics, automation, and intelligent agents to improve population health workflows and outcomes.

● Platform Thinking: Drive scalable, connected Population Health capabilities across Atlas rather than isolated products or features.

● Product Organization: Lead, develop, and scale a high-performing team of Product Managers and Senior Product Managers while building strong leadership depth.

● Executive Influence: Serve as a strategic product partner to the CPO and senior leadership, driving alignment and decisions across complex stakeholder groups.

What You Need

● Experience: 10–15+ years of Product Management experience, including significant leadership experience in healthcare technology.

● Healthcare Expertise: Deep understanding of US healthcare, with strong expertise in Population Health and/or Value-Based Care.

● Enterprise Product Leadership: Proven experience owning strategy and portfolios for complex enterprise platforms with multiple workflows, stakeholders, and customer segments.

● People Leadership: Experience leading, developing, and scaling senior product teams and building strong product leadership capabilities.

● Commercial Orientation: Strong understanding of how product strategy connects to revenue, adoption, retention, expansion, customer value, and business outcomes.

● Executive Influence: Demonstrated ability to influence C-level stakeholders, drive cross-functional alignment, and make strategic decisions without direct authority.

● Communication: Exceptional strategic, written, verbal, analytical, and executive communication skills.
