Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and management of the Manchester Skilled Nursing office
- Maintain responsibility for office operations, financial performance, budgeting, compliance, and strategic planning
- Lead and support a tenured team including Client Service Managers and Clinical Manager designees
- Monitor the quality and appropriateness of services to ensure client satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and clinical excellence
- Recruit, develop, coach, and retain high-performing office and field staff
- Drive employee engagement, accountability, and performance while maintaining a positive team culture
- Partner with referral sources, healthcare organizations, insurance companies, and community stakeholders to grow services
- Advocate for clients and services with government agencies and payer partners
- Manage a field staff census of approximately 79 employees supporting 51 clients
- Identify opportunities for office growth and service expansion throughout New Hampshire
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and BAYADA policies and regulations
- Represent BAYADA and exemplify The BAYADA Way in all interactions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; may be considered with 5+ years of directly relevant experience
- Minimum two years of leadership, supervisory, or management experience in healthcare required
- Home health, home care, skilled nursing, or related healthcare experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success leading teams and driving operational results
- Ability to balance accountability with a collaborative, employee-focused leadership style
- Strong employee relations, coaching, and performance management skills
- Experience driving change while maintaining team engagement and morale
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience working with government agencies, insurance companies, or healthcare advocacy initiatives preferred
- Strong business acumen and financial management skills
- Proven ability to market, manage, and grow healthcare operations
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Existing healthcare network or market knowledge within New Hampshire preferred
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for leadership and service excellence
Work Environment & Travel
- Location: Manchester, NH
- Work Model: Fully onsite
- Coverage Area: Statewide New Hampshire service territory
- Travel: Occasional travel to other offices within the division for training, collaboration, and support
Compensation
Base Salary: Approximately $90,000/ year based on experience and qualifications.
Additional Incentive Opportunity: Quarterly bonus opportunity based on metrics met
