Job Responsibilities
Lead the identification, evaluation, acquisition, and activation of new distribution partners to support Prudential Hong Kong's growth ambitions.
Conduct market assessments and competitive analysis to identify emerging partnership opportunities and growth sectors.
Develop prospecting strategies and engagement plans to build a robust pipeline of potential partners.
Drive end-to-end partnership development, from initial opportunity assessment and business case preparation through negotiation, contracting, onboarding, and execution.
Provide strategic expertise on new distribution models, partnership propositions, and go-to-market strategies.
Lead the development and negotiation of commercial agreements, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and customer needs.
Design and oversee onboarding and activation plans to accelerate partner productivity and long-term success.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across Distribution, Product, Operations, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Marketing to deliver successful partnership launches.
Monitor market trends, customer behaviors, and competitor developments to identify new growth opportunities and strategic recommendations.
Build strong senior-level relationships with external partners and key industry stakeholders.
Job Requirements
Degree holder in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline.
Extensive experience in strategic partnerships, business development, distribution management, consulting, or a related commercial leadership role.
Strong understanding of Hong Kong's financial services and insurance landscape.
Proven track record in originating, negotiating, and implementing complex partnership arrangements.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and commercial acumen.
Outstanding stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese.
