Ethos is redefining how life insurance is bought, sold, and underwritten.
About the Role:
We’re looking for a Director of Product Design to lead and elevate design for Ethos’s Partnerships business and Platform teams.Buying life insurance is one of the most important financial decisions a family can make. The vast majority of families complete this purchase with the facilitation of an agent. Today, Ethos is giving them modern digital tooling to transform that. Ethos’s Partnerships Business is our B2B2C channel that gives independent insurance agents and insurance agencies a digital-first platform, automated underwriting infrastructure, and multiple insurance offerings that help them serve their clients faster and grow their business.

- Serve as Design Site Leader for Ethos India — Raise the bar for the design practice globally.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of product design (UX) experience, including several years leading multi-person design teams.
