Über diese Senior Manager, Influencer Marketing Stelle bei Everyday Dose Inc.
Everyday Dose is the fastest-growing functional coffee brand in the country, with hundreds of thousands of active subscribers. People discover us because someone they trust told them we changed their mornings. Your job is to make that happen on purpose, at scale.
We're hiring a Senior Manager of Influencer Marketing to own creators as a growth channel. This is a builder role. You will personally source creators, negotiate deals, run the seeding operation, and prove the channel with numbers. As the program scales, you hire underneath you and grow with it. We would rather promote the person who built the machine than hire a director to inherit it.
Straight talk: we've tried influencer programs before and let them drift. Relationships went stale, seeding was untracked, and nobody owned the number. This is a rebuild with executive backing, reporting to our SVP of Marketing, with a clear mandate and a clean slate.
The Mandate
Build the creator engine that drives measurable new-customer revenue:
- A seeding and gifting machine. Hundreds of targeted creators per month receiving product, tracked end to end, with conversion to posts, codes, and revenue instead of vibes.
- A paid creator layer. Negotiated partnerships, whitelisting, and Spark Ads that our paid team can scale, priced against the same CAC and payback bar as every other channel.
- An ambassador program our subscribers feel. Long-term faces of the brand, not one-off transactions.
What You'll Own
- The influencer budget and the number: creator-sourced revenue and cost per acquisition from creator content
- Sourcing, outreach, negotiation, and relationship management across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, done by you, personally, from day one
- The seeding operation: targeting, logistics coordination with ops, tracking, and relentless follow-through
- Whitelisting and Spark Ads pipelines feeding our paid social team
- Attribution and reporting: codes, links, post-purchase surveys, and honest reads on what's working
- Coordination with our TikTok channel owner on Shop affiliates so creators work both storefronts without conflict
- Hiring help (coordinators, agencies, tooling) as the program earns it
Success Looks Like
- Creator-sourced new-customer revenue you can defend in an executive review
- A seeding engine running weekly with conversion rates we track like a funnel
- A whitelisting pipeline the paid team actively spends against because it beats their other creative
- A program that outgrows one person, and you leading the team it takes
Metrics You'll Be Measured On
- Creator-sourced revenue and new-to-brand customers
- Effective CAC and payback on paid creator spend
- Seeding conversion: gifts sent to posts to purchases
- Volume of usable creator content per week flowing to paid
- Active creator and ambassador count
Requirements
You're a Great Fit If You...
- Have 3-6 years in influencer, creator, or affiliate marketing, ideally at a DTC wellness, beauty, beverage, or CPG brand
- Have personally run a seeding or ambassador program past 100+ active creators, not just overseen one
- Have worked whitelisting and Spark Ads with a performance team and can talk CAC, not just reach
- Negotiate hard, follow up relentlessly, and keep creators genuinely warm anyway
- Are analytical enough to build the tracking yourself before tooling exists
- Want to earn a director title by building something, not by applying for one
- Are in Austin or happy to be here often; remote US works if you are exceptional
Not This Role
- You are not a community manager measured in comments and DMs
- You are not a strategy layer; the first six months are you, a spreadsheet, and a few hundred creator conversations
- If your instinct is that influencer "can't really be measured," we will disagree quickly
