The Apollo Human Capital team is responsible for managing HC processes and strategic initiatives which span the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, organization planning, compensation, analytics, immigration and employee engagement.

The role

As a member of the Human Capital team and Recruiter for the credit business, you will partner closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition, credit human capital team, and credit leadership team to execute against our strategic hiring objectives. You will share perspectives and insights on the talent communities you support. You will be responsible for finding, acquiring, assessing, and hiring talent across strategies within the credit universe. This includes managing outside agency support, developing external relationships and having a strong view on best in class execution. The role is a combination of recruitment strategy, senior stakeholder management, continuous improvement, and direct execution of recruitment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of working with senior leaders to ensure the organization has the top talent to serve the needs of the business. Apollo is growing rapidly and the ability to adapt, lead and manage complex hiring decisions will be needed.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Partner to create talent acquisition strategy for the business across all levels of hiring, and across credit verticals
• Ensure we are delivering an exceptional recruitment experience to candidates and to the business
• Work with regional and global human capital business partners to forecast hiring requirements and adapt talent acquisition strategy as needed
• Drive innovative and creative talent strategies and initiatives to attract and hire the best talent for the firm
• Have a deep understanding of recruiting KPI’s, volume, reporting, and necessary analytics and data to drive business decisions around talent

Qualifications & Experience

• 10+ years of relevant recruiting experience successfully supporting a complex, global, organizational structure within investments
• Demonstrated track record of success executing a results-driven recruiting strategy within a fast-moving, highly dynamic company
• Experience managing recruiting agencies as well as directly sourcing talent
• Provides advisory leadership to hiring managers and influences at the senior level to drive nuances of recruitment strategy
• Proven success at building relationships and credibility quickly at all levels of the organization
• Experience leveraging data to communicate to executives, identify strengths and opportunities within processes/programs
• Working knowledge of Workday is a plus
• Excellent organizational, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and roles simultaneously.
• Strong self-initiative, willing to pick up new or share additional assignments as required.
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience, preferred

The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on personal, team, and Firm performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed here.
