  • Develop select communications materials, including invitations, letters, briefing notes, talking points, agendas and presentation inputs, in partnership with executive communications and business partners.
  • Support the design and development of executive presentation materials, ensuring content is accurate, polished, appropriately vetted and aligned with company priorities, brand and culture.
  • Build strong working relationships across the enterprise and serve as a trusted advisor and connector to support effective CEO engagement with employees, leaders, clients, partners and external stakeholders.
  • Establish and continuously improve processes, tools and routines that enable the CEO Communications team to manage CEO activities with greater consistency, efficiency and impact.
  • Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, judgment and professionalism when handling sensitive information, executive materials and high-priority business matters.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Journalism, English or a related discipline preferred.
  • 12+ years of relevant experience in communications, executive operations, event planning, project management or a related field, ideally in a large, complex organization.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives or C-suite leaders in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with proven ability to manage complex workstreams, multiple priorities and tight deadlines with accuracy and urgency.
  • Strong executive presence and sound judgment, with the ability to operate confidently and professionally with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Experience managing internal and external events, executive meetings, site visits, town halls or large-scale engagements.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams, functions and levels.
  • Experience leading high performing teams.
  • High comfort level with PowerPoint, Excel and other tools used to manage plans, presentations, briefing materials and project tracking.
