• 10+ années d'expérience professionnelle connexe
• Être membre en règle de l’Ordre des Évaluateurs Agréés avec un portefeuille d’affaires établi 
• Esprit collaboratif exceptionnel avec d'excellentes compétences interpersonnelles
• Maîtrise des applications Microsoft Office
• Expérience avec Argus Enterprise (de préférence)

Les candidats doivent se joindre au cabinet avec un portefeuille de clients bien établi et des compétences démontrées en développement des affaires.

You have experience in commercial real estate, providing high quality property valuations, market research and business development. You enjoy providing expertise and service excellence to clients, and leverage technology to make yourself more efficient. • Demonstrate a passion for producing detailed and quality reports.
• Foster client relationships by delivering outstanding customer service.

• Promote and advocate for the Colliers’ brand.

What you’ll bring

• 10+ years of related work experience
• To be a member in good standing of the Ordre des évaluateurs agréés du Québec and have an establish business portfolio 
• Standout collaborative mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with Argus Enterprise (preferred)

Candidates must join the firm with a well-established client portfolio and demonstrated business development capabilities.
