· Lead or support vendor evaluations, RFP processes, and technical assessments
· Identify and mitigate technical risks, including cybersecurity, privacy, system performance, and integration challenges

· Collaborate with external partners including vendors, consultants, Ontario Health, and other healthcare organizations to support interoperability and alignment with provincial initiatives

· Develop and monitor architecture-related metrics, standards compliance, and solution performance outcomes

· Provide expert advice and technical guidance to leadership, project teams, and stakeholders on architecture and digital solutions

· Support continuous improvement initiatives, innovation, and reduction of technical debt across the organization

· Foster strong working relationships and contribute to a collaborative, respectful, and inclusive team environment aligned with SHN values

· Participate in organizational projects, committees, and strategic initiatives

· Experience with IT governance frameworks, architecture review processes, and service management practices (e.g., ITIL)

· Proven ability to lead technical design, influence decision-making, and collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk assessment skills

· Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
