About this opportunity

Club B is the BEES' Rewards Program, where customers earn points for their purchases through the app and by completing points-based offers. Points can be redeemed for free products, prizes and experiences. Club B’s main role is to foster digital engagement, building strong bonds with customers and serve as a commercial lever for Anheuser-Bush InBev's strategy.

What you will do: 

• Manage and build initiatives to expand the amount of dollars invested in points (Points Pool)
• Lead the strategy, value proposition and playbook for selling points to marketplace sellers
• Build strong relationships with local Club B leads to understand their needs and provide guidance on their local strategies
• Set priorities on the product team backlog, focusing on the most impactful features to be developed and the discovery of those features
• Act as the commercial counterpart for data engineering, analytics, and science, building tables, analysis, and developing algorithms to evolve points generation

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, statistics, engineering, or related fields
• Proven experience with data manipulation, SQL or Python
• Advanced analytical skills
• Solid background in working with digital products
• Fluency in English (Spanish is a plus)
• Experience in the CPG industry or revenue management is a nice to have
