Role Overview:
Digital experiences across Email and Web play a critical role in how Genesys connects customers and prospects with relevant content, campaigns, and solutions. The Digital Program Manager owns the coordinated delivery of complex Demand Generation programs from intake through launch, creating the structure, visibility, and cross-functional alignment needed to deliver high-impact digital experiences at enterprise scale.
This role independently leads multiple concurrent programs across Email, Web, Product Marketing, Creative, Content, SEO, UX, Analytics, and Web Engineering. You will influence priorities, clarify ownership and decision points, manage interconnected dependencies, and help teams navigate risks and tradeoffs while maintaining clear accountability for launch readiness.
Working in close partnership with the PMO and cross-functional stakeholders, you will strengthen planning and delivery practices that improve predictability, collaboration, and program outcomes. Your work will help Genesys deliver more relevant and effective digital experiences for customers and prospects while enabling Demand Generation teams to execute with greater clarity and efficiency.
The role offers meaningful exposure to global, enterprise-level marketing initiatives and opportunities to expand expertise across digital channels, program operations, analytics, and cross-functional delivery. You will have visibility across strategic initiatives and the opportunity to shape how complex Email and Web programs move from business priorities to measurable digital outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end program coordination for Email and Web initiatives from intake and scoping through launch and retrospective, establishing clear priorities, timelines, milestones, ownership, and success measures
- Drive integrated planning across multiple concurrent digital programs, surfacing dependencies, resource constraints, risks, and tradeoffs early to improve delivery predictability and launch readiness
- Lead kickoff meetings, scoping sessions, and program cadences that align Demand Generation, Email, Web, Product Marketing, Creative, Content, SEO, UX, Analytics, and Engineering around shared commitments and decisions
- Translate business requirements into actionable program plans with clear owners, deadlines, dependencies, decision points, and measurable outcomes
- Partner with Email and Web teams to align program milestones with campaign and channel release schedules, improving coordination and reducing delivery risk
- Monitor program health and drive resolution of blockers, providing stakeholders and leadership with timely visibility into milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, and launch readiness
- Coordinate launch readiness and post-launch evaluation to confirm deliverables meet agreed requirements and connect program execution with defined success measures and digital performance
- Lead retrospectives and implement scalable program management practices that strengthen cross-functional collaboration, operational efficiency, and delivery predictability
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of program or project management experience supporting digital, web, digital marketing, or technology initiatives for global, cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated experience independently managing complex initiatives from intake and planning through execution, launch, and post-launch evaluation
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent programs with interconnected timelines, stakeholders, priorities, resources, and dependencies
- Strong background in roadmap planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, stakeholder alignment, decision facilitation, and launch coordination
- Experience partnering across multidisciplinary teams such as Email, Web, Product Marketing, Creative, Content, SEO, UX, Analytics, or Engineering
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex program information clearly to delivery teams, cross-functional stakeholders, and leadership
- Experience using project and program management platforms such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Confluence, or comparable tools
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving capabilities, with demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and work autonomously in a global, matrixed, remote environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting enterprise SaaS, technology, global corporate websites, or large-scale digital marketing programs
- Experience applying program management practices to Email and Web channels, including campaign planning, release planning, or coordinated digital launches
