About the Role
Revvity is seeking an experienced, multilingual marketing professional to join our LATAM regional team as a Digital Marketing & Operations Specialist. This role will strengthen our digital marketing capabilities across Latin America while also providing the operational marketing support required to execute effectively in the region.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on marketer who can translate global strategy and content into high-quality in-market activation across email, social media, SEM/paid media, and other demand-generation channels, while also managing regional marketing operations such as events, vendors, agencies, budgets, purchase requisitions, and sales enablement.
This role requires a high degree of autonomy, strong cross-functional partnership, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across Brazil, Mexico, and the broader LATAM region. Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese and Spanish is required, along with strong English communication skills for collaboration with global teams.
What You'll Do
Digital Campaign Execution
- Own end-to-end execution of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across LATAM markets, including email, social media, SEM/paid search, web, and other demand-generation programs.
- Partner with global marketing strategy, content, creative, and marketing operations teams to translate global campaigns into effective regional activation.
- Localize campaign messaging, assets, and calls to action for LATAM audiences, ensuring relevance across markets and languages.
- Build and deploy email campaigns and nurture programs, coordinate organic and paid social execution, and support SEM/paid media optimization.
- Continuously improve campaign performance through audience segmentation, A/B testing, channel optimization, and performance insights.
Content & Local Market Activation
- Write and adapt audience-appropriate copy for email, social, web, landing pages, paid media, and sales-facing materials in Portuguese and Spanish.
- Develop regional social media content and support local digital programs that increase awareness, engagement, lead generation, and pipeline.
- Serve as a regional voice of the customer by sharing market insights, customer feedback, and local commercial needs with centralized marketing teams.
Marketing Operations & Event Support
- Coordinate and execute regional marketing events and customer-facing programs in Brazil and Mexico, with support for broader LATAM activities as needed.
- Manage suppliers, vendors, and external agencies, including coordination of deliverables, timelines, and local execution requirements.
- Coordinate promotional materials, giveaways, and other event or sales-support assets, including inventory and distribution as appropriate.
- Support purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and related SAP or procurement processes in partnership with Finance and Procurement.
- Maintain accurate marketing budget tracking and administrative reporting for regional programs and activities.
- Support local office marketing initiatives and other regional activation needs that enable the LATAM sales organization.
Reporting & Performance Management
- Track and report campaign and program performance using marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools, including engagement, leads, opportunities, pipeline, revenue, and ROI where available.
- Identify performance trends and translate data into actionable recommendations for future campaign planning and optimization.
- Provide clear, timely updates on campaign results, operational status, budget, and key regional activities to regional and global stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Partnership
- Partner closely with LATAM sales leadership and commercial teams to align marketing activity with market needs, growth priorities, customer opportunities, and sales enablement requirements.
- Work collaboratively with global strategy, content, creative, digital, events, finance, procurement, and marketing operations teams to ensure high-quality execution.
- Balance global marketing priorities with regional business needs and proactively identify gaps, risks, and opportunities.
What You Bring
Required
- 5+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, regional marketing, field marketing, marketing operations, campaign management, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience executing measurable digital marketing programs across email, social media, SEM/paid media, web, or related channels.
- Experience managing operational marketing activities such as events, vendors, agencies, budgets, procurement, or sales support.
- Excellent copywriting, localization, and content adaptation skills for diverse audiences and channels.
- Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese and Spanish, with strong professional English communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using marketing automation, CRM, reporting, or analytics tools to measure performance.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive execution in a fast-paced, matrixed global organization.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with sales and global marketing teams.
Preferred
- Background in life sciences, diagnostics, biopharma, healthcare, or another technical B2B environment.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Eloqua, Marketo, HubSpot, or Pardot.
- Working knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid media optimization, social media platforms, and digital analytics.
- Experience with SAP, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, or similar procurement and financial processes.
- Experience supporting marketing programs across multiple LATAM markets, particularly Brazil and Mexico.
- Strong project management skills and comfort coordinating multiple internal and external partners.
Success in This Role
- Increase the consistency and quality of digital marketing execution across LATAM.
- Expand measurable demand generation and improve visibility into marketing contribution to pipeline and revenue.
- Ensure regional events, vendors, agencies, budgets, and procurement activities are managed efficiently and reliably.
