Job Purpose

To support business growth by planning, coordinating and optimising digital demand generation initiatives. The role is responsible for enabling customer engagement through digital campaigns, marketing automation and data-driven insights, helping convert digital interactions into qualified sales opportunities while continuously improving the digital customer journey.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate digital demand generation campaigns across multiple channels, including email, web, social media, eCommerce and other digital platforms.
• Support the design and execution of customer journeys and marketing funnels to generate qualified leads.
• Segment target audiences and recommend the most effective digital approach for different customer profiles.
• Create and maintain landing pages, lead generation forms and digital campaign assets using marketing automation tools such as Marketo.
• Develop clear value propositions, storytelling and digital content to support business initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance and analyse customer engagement to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Track lead generation activities and support Sales teams in following up digital opportunities.
• Build reports and dashboards to measure campaign performance and business impact.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Vendor Management and Business Units to ensure digital activities support business objectives.
• Identify new digital tools, AI capabilities and innovative approaches that improve customer engagement and demand generation.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Digital Marketing, Digital Enablement, Demand Generation or a similar role.
• Experience supporting digital campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
• Experience using marketing automation platforms, preferably Marketo.

Technical Skills

• Good understanding of digital marketing channels and customer journeys.
• Experience creating landing pages, lead generation forms and digital campaign assets.
• Familiarity with marketing automation and lead nurturing concepts.
• Ability to analyse digital performance using tools such as Google Analytics (GA4) or similar.
• Good Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Comfortable working with business systems and reporting tools.
• Interest in using AI tools to create content, presentations, landing pages and other digital materials.
