We are looking for a Digital & eCommerce Leader Iberia to take a leading role in that journey.

This is a strategic and highly visible position with a strong cross-functional and international dimension. You will lead and coordinate the digital ecosystem across our Iberian business divisions, connecting business needs with technology, customer experience and digital growth.

You will work closely with Marketing, Sales, IT and EMEA stakeholders, helping define priorities, coordinate initiatives and turn our digital strategy into tangible business outcomes.

What will you do?

As Digital & eCommerce Leader Iberia, you will help shape how our customers and teams experience Henry Schein through our digital channels.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Define and coordinate the Digital & eCommerce roadmap across Iberia, working with our different business divisions and ensuring alignment with business priorities.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives focused on growth, customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Act as the key connection between Iberia and the EMEA Digital & eCommerce organization, ensuring strong collaboration and alignment across regions.
• Coordinate local digital projects, bringing together Marketing, Sales, IT, business stakeholders and external partners.
• Drive the continuous evolution of our eCommerce platforms and digital customer journey.
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and translate them into actionable digital initiatives.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to prioritize developments, investments and digital solutions.
• Promote best practices across SEO, SEM, CRO, Marketing Automation and Analytics.
• Support the implementation and adoption of new digital technologies and tools.
• Monitor digital performance through relevant KPIs and data-driven insights, using them to guide decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Share knowledge, connect teams and promote digital best practices across Iberia and EMEA.

What will make you successful?

We are looking for someone who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

You don't need to know everything. What matters is that you know how to connect the dots, bring people together and turn digital opportunities into business results.

You will ideally bring:

• Previous experience in Digital, eCommerce, Digital Transformation or a related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional digital projects from definition through implementation.
• Strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms, preferably Magento / Adobe Commerce.
• Experience with PIM solutions, such as Akeneo or similar.
• Knowledge of Marketing Automation platforms, such as HubSpot, Brevo or similar.
• Good understanding of SEO, SEM, CRO, Analytics and digital performance.
• Experience working with agencies, technology providers and external partners.
• Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and influencing capabilities, with the ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
• A data-driven, proactive and customer-focused mindset.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities while keeping sight of the bigger picture.
• Fluent English is mandatory, as you will collaborate regularly with EMEA stakeholders.

Experience with CRM platforms, SAP environments or Customer Experience (CX) solutions will be considered a plus.
