Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Work with deployment teams to orchestrate deployments to development, test, and operational environments.
- Execute software release process for branching, versioning, manifest management, development readiness assessments and test.
- Create, maintain, and improve Continuous Integration (CI) pipelines.
- Monitor CI pipelines for performance and resolve observed or reported issues.
- Implement and maintain version promotion of one or more applications within CI pipelines.
- Integrate CI pipelines with development tools for artifact management, software test, software quality assessment, etc.
- Implement Continuous Delivery and execute automated or manual deployments of applications into orchestrated environments.
- Manage integration, security scanning, and deployment of multiple applications into orchestrated frameworks.
- Execute checkout and troubleshooting of deployed applications within development and production environments.
- Implement and maintain Helm charts.
- Ensure cybersecurity protocols are followed.
Required Skills & Experience
- This position requires an active Interim DoD Secret Clearance. Clearance required: Active DoD Secret. Due to the clearance requirement, U.S. Citizenship is required. Candidate must also participate in a background screen.
- 5+ years demonstrable, proficient, hands-on experience with:
- Bash/Python scripting
- GitLab CI/CD pipeline stages and configuration
- Artifactory
- Creating tests to handle multiple languages
- Container management (Docker)
Desired Skills & Experience
- Active DoD TS/SCI eligible clearance highly preferred
- Proficiency with the following tools/technologies:
- Kubernetes/ArgoCD
- OpenShift/ELK
- Prometheus/Tempo/Grafana
- Helm charts
- NATS data layer
- Cyber security certifications (e.g. CISSP)
- Linux system administration (RHEL)
