Summary:
As a DevOps Architect, a typical day involves evaluating and crafting comprehensive DevOps strategies tailored to intricate technology landscapes. This role requires designing and constructing robust DevOps frameworks that support cloud-native, cloud-enabled, and on-premises infrastructures. The work includes integrating microservices and traditional application architectures to ensure seamless deployment and operational efficiency across diverse environments. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical solutions with organizational goals is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering innovation and continuous improvement within the technology ecosystem.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of DevOps best practices to enhance operational workflows.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between development, operations, and other technical teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines within cloud and hybrid environments.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure as code and automation tools to streamline deployment processes.
- Ability to design scalable and secure DevOps architectures that support both microservices and monolithic applications.
- Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and performance tuning to maintain system reliability and availability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- This position is based at our DDC5E - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
