Position Overview:

Oversees, facilitates and administers ITIL based service support. Manages and oversees Unisys service delivery through processes, including incident, major incident, problem, request and change management with a focus on improving overall service quality. Coordinates client-facing resources and potentially client and client partners to facilitate compliance with service quality commitments.

Key Responsibilities/Outcomes
Asset Data Governance

• Assess client Asset Management Database (AMDB) design, structure, and data accuracy.
• Establish and maintain asset data quality standards for DSS-managed devices.
• Develop reconciliation processes to achieve and maintain a minimum asset accuracy target.
• Differentiate DSS-managed assets from non-DSS assets within client environments.
• Identify, document, and govern standard and non-standard asset data attributes.
• Perform ongoing validation of asset data integrity across all platforms.
  

Integration & Data Management

• Design and document asset data mapping between client AMDB/CMDB platforms and the DSS platform.
• Oversee integration testing and validation activities between:
• Client asset repositories
• DSS asset platform
• OEM and supplier asset databases
• Support production deployment of asset integrations.
• Investigate and resolve data synchronization issues and reconciliation exceptions.
• Coordinate manual asset data loading when integration-based updates are unavailable.
  

Device Lifecycle & Refresh Management

• Partner with clients to define device refresh strategies and lifecycle policies.
• Establish business rules for intelligent refresh planning and scheduling.
• Validate DSS-generated hardware refresh recommendations.
• Review refresh schedules and make adjustments based on business requirements.
• Coordinate inventory planning activities supporting refresh programs.
• Evaluate and support unplanned device replacement and swap requests.
  

Inventory Reconciliation & Operational Support

• Lead inventory reconciliation and inventory shift activities.
• Investigate asset discrepancies and drive corrective actions.
• Ensure newly deployed assets are accurately represented across all systems of record.
• Collaborate with delivery teams, PC coordinators, suppliers, and clients to maintain accurate inventory visibility.
• Support bulk deployment and refresh initiatives.
  

Continuous Improvement & Automation

• Identify opportunities to automate asset updates, reconciliation, and lifecycle management processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across asset management workflows.
• Develop recommendations to improve DSS platform efficiency and data quality.
• Support change management activities associated with approved process and technology improvements.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
• Equivalent industry experience will be considered.
