What you will do
The Detailed Scheduling Associate Manager is responsible for administering and controlling production schedules to meet product demand and ensure timely delivery. You will analyze forecasts, coordinate material requirements, monitor capacity, and support new product launches through effective communication and schedule adjustments:
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement dynamic scheduling frameworks that optimize resource allocation and project timelines across multiple departments, integrating predictive models and advanced data analytics to anticipate bottlenecks and proactively adjust plans.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration sessions and coordinate with stakeholders, including engineering, production, and MPS planners, to innovate, refine, and align scheduling processes with strategic business goals and operational capacity.
- Develop and maintain detailed production and project schedules that align with product demand, operational capacity, and evolving project requirements, including new product launches.
- Monitor, analyze, and adjust production and scheduling plans based on sales trends, forecasts, lead times, capacity constraints, and new product introductions to ensure on-time delivery and resource optimization.
- Identify potential production and project bottlenecks, implement corrective actions, and drive the creation of comprehensive contingency plans to minimize operational disruptions and mitigate risks.
- Integrate emerging scheduling technologies and tools to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and real-time visibility of project progress and production status.
- Facilitate communication and reporting between MPS Planner, production, and other stakeholders to track order progress, resolve scheduling issues, and support decision-making with detailed reports and analyses.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- 6-8 years of progressive experience in production scheduling, supply chain management, or project management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex production, sales, or project data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

- Proven expertise in leveraging advanced scheduling software and data analytics platforms.
- Proficiency in production planning systems and scheduling software.
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex project data into clear, actionable scheduling plans.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of mentoring teams and fostering collaborative, solution-oriented work cultures.
- Demonstrated capacity to anticipate scheduling challenges and creatively develop contingency strategies.
- Experience in managing new product launch schedules and integrating them into existing production plans.
- Capability to prepare comprehensive production reports and adjust forecasts based on data analysis.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities in supervising and directing production teams.
