Our Global CIO is leading a significant evolution of our Enterprise Technology capabilities, bringing together over 2,500 technology professionals into an integrated global team. This team will play a crucial role in enabling the ongoing transformation of our agencies and functions.
Enterprise Technology is looking for an experienced Desktop Product Owner to lead the evolution of our global endpoint services. Responsible for the vision, roadmap and continuous improvement of desktop and device management capabilities, you'll balance user experience, security and operational excellence while overseeing delivery through strategic partners. This is a high-impact role for someone who combines strong endpoint management expertise with product ownership, stakeholder engagement and vendor governance experience.
What you'll be doing:
- Own the roadmap, backlog and standards for PC, Mac, mobile and VDI management.
- Drive modern management, zero-touch provisioning and patch compliance.
- Govern Kyndryl device operations and approve configuration change.
- Own device security baselines in partnership with Cyber Security.
- Manage platform health, compliance and reporting.
- Prioritise demand and continuous improvement.
- Define the service outcomes, standards and SLAs that Kyndryl and other partners deliver against.
- Govern Kyndryl performance, manage demand and escalations, and retain WPP accountability for the service.
- Own the service roadmap and approve partner-delivered change before it reaches production.
What you'll need:
Skill Requirements
• Product/service ownership for endpoint management.
• Intune, Iru, Autopilot and VDI knowledge.
• Device security and compliance.
• Vendor governance and SLA management.
• Backlog and stakeholder management.
• Demonstrable product or service ownership experience for the relevant technology.
• Experience governing third-party / managed-service delivery against SLAs.
• Relevant certifications and/or degree, or equivalent experience.
