RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and develop sophisticated product collections for the brand aligned with brand direction and market trends, e.g. bags, sunglasses, jewelry etc.
• Create product concepts, colourways and product details from concept to launch
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely product development and delivery
• Stay current on trends, materials and construction techniques to enhance product quality
• Apply technical knowledge of design and construction to drive design decisions and optimize product performance
• Evaluate seasonal collection performance and consumer insights to inform future collections
• Manage design timelines and conduct market research to identify new opportunities
• Support other creative and design-related projects as needed

REQUIREMENTS

• Established experience with proven track record portfolio as a designer specialized in bags and accessories design
• Bachelor’s / Masters’ degree in Fashion Design
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Confident in sketching (digitally and by hand) and developing compelling visual presentations
• Analytical and able to understand market demands
• Strong communication, organizational and delegation skills with the ability to navigate between creative and business
• Pro-active and able to multitask and prioritize
• Reliable team player and team builder
• Fun, vibrant and outgoing personality with positive attitude
• Willing to relocate to Singapore, if applicable
