Job Description
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Implements and sustains BD Excellence work process for the manufacturing unit.
2. Identifies critical equipment setting and creation of standards.
3. Creates technical knowledge for the manufacturing unit and transfers the knowledge to the operator and technical associates.
4. Coaches associates on continuous improvement methodologies within the manufacturing unit.
5. Understands top losses within the manufacturing unit and develops and implements plans to eliminate losses and drive OEE performance.
6. Responsible for manufacturing unit change control including validation activities, root cause analysis of prioritized OEE losses, and quality events and deviations.
7. Other duties as required to support the needs of the business.
8. Manufacturing Support
Support all trials, validation on the production equipment.
Lead the CI projects and ensure the savings are achieved as budgeted.

9. CI Initiatives
Provide and participate all support for running the CI Initiatives and implement changes as may be identified through CI projects.
Lead BD excellence as facilitator if needed.
10. People Development
Training and Development of shop floor associates i.e. adherence to Training Calendar, Periodical Review of Behavioral Changes, Cross Functional Skills, Capability Reviews, Ensure timely completion of Performance and Management Process i.e. individual objective
setting, Coaching, performance evaluation (mid-year, probation, annual appraisals, accelerated growth plan for unsatisfactory cases, etc.) and development planning.
