2.    负责解决客户提出的和服务质量、开票相关的投诉。
3.    负责终端用户,工地和维保员工的安全，并对出现的问题及时做出反应
4.    负责根据服务合同,时间限制,通力质量标准和当地的法规要求落实服务
5.    负责帮助KC3协调维保员工在招修过程中的工作安排保证招修真实性并有效降低
6.    负责执行工地检查和保养站检查
7.    负责管理第三方检查和后续行动
8.    负责从安装到维护的适当交接，并确保完成任何必要的纠正措施
9.    负责控制工地运营成本，包括但不限于免费物料、加班、报销、津贴等
10.    负责销售修理服务及收款
11.    负责配合服务销售完成相应的工作
12.    负责维保技工的工作分配、编排及日常管理，平衡维保员工的工作量
13.    负责确认维保技工的能力需求和维保员工雇用和选择流程
14.    负责维保员工的激励、沟通和能力的培养，监督维保员工绩效目标的完成
