Title: Deployment Specialist (German Speaker)
Location: Belgrade, Serbia + Workstyle: Office/Hybrid
Language Requirement: C1 level of German is required

Position Summary
The Deployment Specialist will manage complex rollout activities in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and subcontractors to ensure successful delivery against customer expectations and project timelines.
The successful candidate will support the processing of planned project activities, manage implementation resources, and contribute to customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and revenue control. The role requires a self-starting team player with strong Microsoft Office skills, a good understanding of project management concepts, and proven experience in managing similar deployment or rollout activities.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Manage Implementation Coordinators and ensure activities are performed in line with company procedures, processes, and the NCR Atleos Code of Conduct.
• Coordinate programme of work activities, including installation requests, document distribution, electronic certification forms, scheduling, and revenue reconciliation.
• Ensure procedures, controls, and escalation processes are followed to achieve predefined operational metrics and customer deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, manage escalated issues, and organize required actions to support timely and successful resolution.
• Maintain data integrity in NCR Atleos systems and tracking tools, and ensure scheduled IMAC activities are completed as requested by the customer.
• Partner with Project Managers, Service Operations Support, Implementation Managers/Coordinators, and subcontractors to support successful implementation delivery.
• Prepare customer and internal reports, including installation performance reporting, billing summaries, and process documentation as required.
• Act as a second-level escalation point for internal and external customer queries and participate in customer reviews when needed.

Basic Qualifications

• C1 level of German language proficiency.
• Experience managing complex rollout, deployment, implementation, or programme/project activities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to prepare clear operational and customer-facing reports.
• Understanding of project management concepts, scheduling, escalation management, and operational delivery processes.
• Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors, partners, and internal teams to meet customer commitments and service-level expectations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer-facing deployment, implementation, service delivery, or project coordination roles.
• Experience managing subcontractors, partners, or distributed implementation teams.
• Experience with revenue reconciliation, billing summaries, operational reporting, or process documentation.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple activities, and remain effective in a changing environment.
• Strong team orientation and a proactive, solution-focused approach.
