•Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and data models to support business strategy and decision-making.

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business, operations, and technical stakeholders, to understand requirements and deliver effective BI solutions.

•Partner with Data Engineers, Analysts, and Business Users to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and usability across all BI outputs.

•Develop and optimize DAX queries, Power Query (M), SQL scripts, and data models for high performance and scalability.

•Monitor and maintain BI platform compliance, including data governance, security, and organizational standards.

•Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for leadership and management teams.

•Mentor and support team members in BI best practices, new tools, and advanced analytics techniques.

•Participate in Agile team ceremonies, cross-functional problem-solving, and strategic discussions to drive continuous improvement of BI initiatives.

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or strategy support roles, preferably in retail, wholesale, or e-commerce environments.

•Strong hands-on experience in Power BI, DAX, Power Query (M), SQL, and data visualization tools; experience with cloud platforms (Azure) is preferred.

•Proven experience collaborating with business, operations, and technology stakeholders to translate data into actionable insights that inform strategy and decision-making.

•Experience leading or mentoring BI/analytics teams, influencing cross-functional teams, and supporting strategic initiatives.

•Demonstrated experience in BI project delivery, dashboard/report development, data governance, and analytics process improvement.

•Experience in CI/CD pipelines for BI solutions.

•Exposure to digital transformation, e-commerce, or B2B analytics projects.
