Schedule:

• Monday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Tuesday: Off
• Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM at Fairfax Dental Esthetics, and 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM at Tysons Dental Esthetics (alternating)

$65–$70 per hour, based on experience and qualifications + $7,500 Sign on Bonus

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental hygiene procedures
• Conduct periodontal charting and assessments
• Take diagnostic radiographs
• Provide prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance
• Perform scaling and root planing (SRP)
• Administer fluoride treatments
• Educate patients on oral health and home care
• Collaborate with doctors to develop and support treatment plans
• Deliver an outstanding patient experience at every visit

Qualifications

• Active Virginia Dental Hygiene License (New graduates and hygienists awaiting Virginia licensure are encouraged to apply.)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience providing comprehensive dental hygiene care, including:
  • Perio charting
  • Digital X-rays
  • Prophylaxis
  • Scaling & Root Planing (SRP)
  • Patient education
  • Fluoride treatments
• Positive attitude and commitment to patient-centered care
• Team-oriented mindset
