As a Demand Pre-Sales Excellence - Oracle SCM - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering Oracle Supply Chain solutions within our Digital Core Modernization network. You will engage directly with clients, leveraging your skills to drive business application consulting and Oracle supply chain operations. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will collaborate with a diverse team of professionals to deliver exceptional client service. Your contributions will be integral to the success of our Supply Chain Technology - Oracle practice, where you will have the opportunity to influence and drive impactful solutions.

Responsibilities

- Leading Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) consulting engagements and driving client support initiatives
- Managing demand forecasting and planning operations to optimize supply chain performance
- Utilizing Oracle Agile Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Oracle Manufacturing Cloud to enhance operational processes
- Implementing procurement strategies and systems to improve cost efficiency and resource management
- Coordinating supply chain transformation projects using Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Logistics
- Developing data-driven insights through advanced data modeling and analysis techniques
- Overseeing inventory management and lead time reduction efforts to streamline operations
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and feedback
- Promoting service excellence and operational excellence within supply chain consulting teams
- Guiding teams in strategic questioning and embracing change to foster innovation and continuous improvement

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 10 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration/Management, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Supply Chain Management or related Oracle SCM Cloud applications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Agile Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
- Utilizing Oracle E-Business Suite for supply chain optimization
- Excelling in demand forecasting and planning operations
- Managing Oracle Warehouse Management System (WMS) effectively
- Leading supply chain transformation initiatives with Oracle solutions
