Co-Development Business Unit is hiring for Delivery Tech Lead

You will work in Singapore Government Agencies

This is a fixed term contract role. The engagement is 1 year.

What will you do?

Lead the technical delivery of the AIDD target evaluation proof of concept, converting the solution architecture and project roadmap into an executable engineering plan. The role coordinates dependencies, works closely with AI engineers to monitor progress and quality, leads technical reviews, and resolves delivery risks to achieve reliable, traceable and scalable outcomes.

• Develop and maintain the integrated delivery plan, engineering backlog, milestones, resource needs and dependencies across cloud, data, agent, model, interface and workflow components.
• Coordinate AI engineers and partner teams through a shared backlog, interface definitions, workflow requirements, design specifications and evaluation criteria. Clarify technical priorities and dependencies, and ensure implementation remains aligned with the approved architecture and phase outcomes.
• Monitor technical progress, delivery quality and engineering metrics; provide clear status, risk and dependency reporting to project and solution leads.
• Lead design, code, integration and readiness reviews, ensuring appropriate testing, documentation, security, provenance, traceability and human-review controls.
• Proactively identify blockers and technical risks, drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions, and escalate decisions when required.
• Manage mock-to-live integration, demonstrations and releases, including environment readiness, data and connector validation, defect resolution and production support planning.

Requirements

What are we looking for?

• Hands-on experience delivering AI or machine-learning solutions, including AI agents, generative AI, model integration, evaluation and production support.
• Strong software engineering capability in Python and API or backend development, with working knowledge of modern application frameworks and data stores.
• Experience with cloud platforms, containers and DevOps practices, including deployment pipelines, testing, code quality and environment management.
• Ability to translate architecture and business requirements into technical plans, work packages, interfaces, estimates, dependencies and acceptance criteria.
• Strong technical review, troubleshooting, risk-management and communication skills, with experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Relevant degree in computer science, engineering, artificial intelligence, data science or a related discipline.
• Delivery of multi-agent, RAG, LLM gateway or enterprise AI solutions from proof of concept through production support.
• Hands-on experience with model evaluation, fine-tuning, guardrail validation and cloud-native DevOps using containers and CI/CD.
• Agile delivery leadership in regulated, scientific or evidence-intensive environments, supported by relevant cloud or AI engineering certification.
