The Role

As a Solution Architect, you will serve as a trusted advisor and technical leader, designing end-to-end hybrid cloud and AI-enabled architectures for enterprise customers. You will work closely with customers, sales teams, and delivery organizations to align business goals with scalable, secure, and intelligent IT solutions.

This role is ideal for an experienced senior architect who is passionate about Private cloud and AI technologies, thrives in complex customer environments, and enjoys shaping future-ready digital platforms.

Candidates must be willing and eligible to undergo appropriate Swedish security clearance successfully.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Establish trusted advisor relationships with senior and executive-level stakeholders.

• Design well-documented solutions that address customer requirements and RFPs, in close collaboration with sales teams.

• Lead workshops to gather business, technical, and data-related requirements across stakeholders.

• Facilitate business goal-aligned discussions and propose architectures aligned with HPE and partner portfolios.

• Provide strategic guidance on technical platform adoption, aligned with business objectives.

• Develop cost models , and recommend strategies to optimize infrastructure and cloud spend.

• Design end-to-end architectures integrating on-premises infrastructure, cloud platforms, and services.

• Support and lead implementation efforts, ensuring security, compliance, ethical AI principles, and best practices.

• Design migration plans for applications, data, and AI workloads between on-premises and cloud environments.

• Stay current on emerging trends in cutting edge technologies such as AI, machine learning, cloud-native platforms, and automation, and contribute to the technical community.

Required Technical Experience

You bring strong depth across infrastructure, cloud, and emerging AI technologies:

• 7+ years of experience as a Cloud Engineer, Cloud Architect, or Infrastructure Architect.

• Strong background in hybrid cloud, IaaS, PaaS, DevOps, and CI/CD.

• Solid market knowledge of IT consulting services related to cloud and AI transformation.

• Knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.

• Solid understanding of containers, Kubernetes, and microservices.

• Solid understanding of AI/ML architecture concepts, such as:

  • Model training vs. inferencing

  • Data pipelines and feature stores

  • GPU/accelerator-based workloads

• Proven track record of designing complex system platforms.

• Familiarity with MLOps principles, automation, and lifecycle management of Private Cloud solutions.

• Understanding of IT infrastructure components (compute, storage, networking, virtualization) and their role in business workloads.

• Proficiency in infrastructure and solution architecture methodologies.

• Familiarity with ITIL / ITSM/ Architecture frameworks and metrologies.

• Experience in large-scale enterprise environments is a strong advantage.
