The role

We are looking for an Delivery Dispatcher Agent to join our CZ/SK Intermodal team. She/He will manage the Landside Operations Execution tasks and interact with both internal stakeholders as well as External Clients/Providers, in compliance with all company procedures.

Main tasks

• Handles Customer service tasks on a daily basis on land import and export operations and responds to all enquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
• Offers assistance in the resolution of customers queries and issues, both in English and Czech
• Maintains relationships with Maersk Intermodal CX team to receive relevant information for the customers
• Provides quality service to both internal and external customers.
• Focuses on high-quality data to set a high standard for all the assignments managed.
• May perform root cause analyses in the event of escalations.
• Data processing and reports
• May support peers with technical or process related challenges during process execution.

We are looking for:

• Experience in land or rail operations or customer service, both import and export operations;
• Good English and Czech command, both written and spoken, as you will work closely with customers in Czechia and Slovakia;
• Good communication skills;
• Detail orientation and hands-on approach;
• Problem solving skills, willing to learn and highly responsible;
• Good knowledge of MS Office.

Location: The position is placed in Prague.

Contract type: We are offering a fixed term contract, 12 months.
