Delivery Coordinator
 

Job Description

Position Overview

As a Delivery Coordinator, you will serve as the primary liaison between the manufacturing facility and customers regarding registered orders, while ensuring compliance with NCR procedures. The role also includes responsibility for coordinating order deliveries and managing invoicing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact between customers, sales teams, and the manufacturing facility regarding ongoing orders.
• Monitor and follow up on deliveries with the NCR manufacturing plant.
• Coordinate with internal departments and customers to support installations and product commissioning activities.
• Manage inventory levels to achieve expected revenue targets while preventing excess or aging stock.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Associate degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Administrative Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in sales administration, customer fulfillment, or order management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, dispute resolution, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage resources and projects while meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Fluent French and English, both written and spoken, are mandatory. Knowledge of an additional European language is considered an advantage.
