About the role

As Decorators, we directly serve customers like ourselves by taking orders and accurately labeling products. We provide friendly service by answering customer questions and sharing our knowledge and experience. We want to show you how it is done and have you help us improve and build an even better in-store experience. We'd love to hear from you.
What you’ll do
Prepare, decorate and display cake and pastry products according to recipe cards and production lists.
Serve customers in an efficient and friendly manner.
Box, price and fill product in the cake counter, sales floor and coolers ensuring proper rotation and quality.
Assist and support the department manager with the day to day operations of the department by placing orders for product and supplies, receiving, taking orders, training and supervising part time employees.
Ensure that the safety and sanitation of the department meet Company and legislative policies and standards.
Follow production planners ensuring to record all waste and scan outs according to Company procedures.
Perform other duties, as assigned.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
A solid focus on providing exceptional customer service.
Experience as a Cake Decorator is required.
Available to work overnights
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities.
Previous leadership experience would be beneficial.
Excellent organization, planning and communication skills.
Food Handlers certificate would be a plus.
