Iron Mountain is seeking a detail-driven Deal Desk Specialist to join our Commercial Operations team.

As a key partner to our global sales teams, you will play a crucial role in converting complex data into actionable commercial deals that drive our growth. Here, your sharp analytical skills and business acumen will help streamline our opportunity-to-revenue lifecycle, ensuring we deliver seamless value and build trust with every agreement. What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) In this role, you will:

• Build complex pricing models, price schedules, and complete contract packages to enable high-impact revenue opportunities.

• Analyze sales and customer data across Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, and CRM platforms to deliver actionable pricing recommendations.

• Coordinate global opportunity progression by tracking deal SLAs, monitoring progress, and serving as a trusted advisor on internal policies.

• Complete complex due diligence, quality assurance, and information security questionnaires for prospective deals.

• Identify process bottlenecks and proactively drive small-scale improvements to enhance commercial efficiency and mentor team members.

What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications) The ideal candidate will have:

• 2-3 years of progressive experience in sales support functions or global deal operations.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, pricing tools, and sales enablement workflows (Salesforce experience preferred).

• Exceptional attention to detail with proven ability to analyze raw data and translate it into insights.

• Superior written and oral communication skills in English, with fluency in additional international languages preferred.
