---ONLY THOSE APPLICANTS WHO ALREADY HAVE THE RIGHT TO LIVE AND WORK IN THIS COUNTRY ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE--- POSITION TITLE: Spanish HR Service Delivery Analyst WORK SETUP: Hybrid OVERALL PURPOSE: The Workforce Ready (WFR) team provides end-to-end case management of all onboarding and resources from cases raised in ATS and focus on: • End to End Onboarding - Offer of employment, pre-employment checks, onboarding initiation, system access and training/ induction. • Contractor Conversion RESPONSIBILITIES: • Responsible to manage and executing the highly critical/priority and complex Workforce Ready transactions/activities. • Acts as 1st level of escalation in terms of misses in SL or challenges with Operations in executing real time action plans. • Responsibilities include the following specific for Ops transactions: • Internal and external identification of people against open roles • The advertising, pre-screening and scheduling of candidates, • Preparing offer letters and facilitating pre-onboarding and Day 1 onboarding activities and • Supporting any movements as it relates to movement against open job roles • Performs boarding process steps within the global Boarding Solution (Success Factors ATS, Case Management, Employee Central & SAP) with a high degree of technical competency ensuring this system is the “source of truth” for all Boarding activity • Receive cases from WFR Experience Management / WFR Execution Team Lead (Ops & GRF) and coordinate resolution activities including liaison with relevant HR Operations teams and communicate with receiving customers • Coordinate case resolution activities and communicate requests from onshore team to respective HR Operations teams (e.g. Payroll, Analytics & Assurance) • Work within WFR team to build HR Operations understand of the Talent Acquisition and onboarding processes • Coordinate case resolution activities and communicate requests from receiving customers to WFR Experience Management team • Responsible for providing backend HR services for business operations. • Participate in process improvement initiatives or special projects • Required to help in the overall team's workload by managing your deliverables and helping the team when required OTHERS: Project Shift Schedule: Night Shift Project Rest Day: Weekends Off Project/Team Location: Taguig Uptown Bonifacio Tower 3

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS: • Standard Spanish Language profile • Spanish skill only, no domain • At least 0-2 years work experience Good to have: • Knowledge of resourcing, recruiting, onboarding and movements processes. • Expertise in use of EC, SAP, Success Factors ATS and Onboarding systems • Familiarity with Taleo or another Applicant Tracking System
