This internship is designed for students pursuing associate degree programs in HVAC, HVACR, Electro-Mechanical Technology, or Building Automation who want practical field experience working on real-world projects.

  • Assist with identifying and resolving wiring, communication, and device-related issues.
  • Learn to use diagnostic software, test meters, and troubleshooting tools to support field operations.
  • Document installation progress through daily reports, as-built drawings, redline markups, and project notes.
  • Gain exposure to DDC programming, building automation system (BAS) graphics, network communications, and controls integration activities.
  • Collaborate with technicians, engineers, and project teams to support successful project execution.
  • Follow all company and jobsite safety requirements and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in an Associate Degree program in: HVAC HVACR Building Automation Electro-Mechanical Technology Or a related technical field

  • Ability to read and follow technical instructions and documentation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technical concepts.
  • Comfortable working in both office and field environments, including mechanical rooms and active construction sites.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and work with tools and equipment commonly used in controls installation and service work.
