What You Will Do:
- Develop predictive models, forecasting tools, and machine learning solutions supporting logistics and readiness analytics.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis and identify trends, anomalies, and operational risks.
- Create analytical products supporting supply chain optimization and performance management.
- Develop dashboards, visualizations, and decision-support tools.
- Support model validation, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement activities.
- Collaborate with Data Architects and engineers to operationalize analytical solutions.
- Communicate analytical findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What You Will Need:
- An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance
- Bachelor's degree.
- FIVE (5) or more years of experience in data science, advanced analytics, or statistical modeling.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
- Experience in Databricks or Palantir Foundry.
- Experience supporting predictive maintenance, readiness analytics, or logistics modernization efforts.
- Experience with optimization modeling and simulation techniques.
- Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik experience.
- DoD or Navy support experience.
- Experience with Python, R, SQL, and machine learning methodologies.
- Experience developing analytical dashboards and visualizations.
- Experience working with large and complex datasets.
- Ability to develop and communicate data-driven insights.
