As a Data Modeler/Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping the organization's data architecture strategy to meet evolving business goals. Combining your technical expertise with a collaborative mindset, you will design and implement scalable, efficient, and secure data solutions. Working with cutting-edge technologies in cloud computing and AI, you will drive innovative approaches to data management, ensuring the organization stays ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will deliver high-quality data models and structures that power analytics, streamline reporting, and enhance decision-making. 

What’s in it for you: 

• Collaborate with stakeholders to build and define data architecture strategies that align with business goals, ensuring strategic outcomes. 

• Work closely with data engineers, data scientists, and IT teams to define robust data models and structures that support analytics and reporting needs. 

• Oversee the integration of diverse data sources, ensuring consistency, reliability, and quality across data pipelines and systems. 

• Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies for data storage, processing, and analysis, balancing short-term priorities with long-term scalability. 

• Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and regulatory standards, fostering high-quality data management practices. 

• Provide thought leadership and guidance on best practices for data architecture, performance optimization, and troubleshooting. 

Here’s what you’ll need: 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field. 

• Strong expertise in Data Modeling and Design, including building conceptual, logical, and physical data models. Knowledge of modeling approaches such as Kimball, Data Vault, and Inmon is essential. 

• Expert knowledge of Python and SQL for querying and managing databases. 

• Proven experience in designing and managing Data Warehouses on platforms like Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, or Google BigQuery. 

• Proficiency in at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, Azure), including leveraging its data-related services. 

• English is a must have, German is a plus.

• Headquarter in Warsaw with offices in Kraków, Wrocław, Łódź and Gdańsk.  

• Traveling to work with prestigious clients and deliver large-scale transformational change. We deliver our work in hybrid model, remotely, in our offices but also traveling and working closely with our Clients in their offices. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. That is why traveling declaration, willingness and ability to work at client locations mostly across Europe and beyond, for short or long term, is required.
