Summary:
As a Data Modeler, a typical day involves engaging closely with various stakeholders including business representatives, data owners, end users, application designers, and data architects. The role focuses on understanding existing data structures and collaborating to design and refine data models that support both current and future business needs. This position requires continuous interaction and coordination to ensure that data models align with organizational goals and facilitate efficient data management and utilization across projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to ensure data models are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business requirements.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and shared understanding of data structures.
- Mentor junior team members to support their growth and integration within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Graph Databases.
- Experience in designing and implementing complex data models using graph database technologies.
- Strong understanding of data relationships and schema design principles specific to graph data structures.
- Ability to optimize queries and manage performance within graph database environments.
- Familiarity with data integration techniques and tools relevant to graph databases.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective data models.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Graph Databases.
- This position is based at our BDC11 - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
