About the role
- An exciting opportunity exists to join a dynamic team delivering high-quality data and analytics solutions that support patient care and organisational performance
- Lead data quality and governance initiatives to ensure accurate, reliable, and compliant clinical and operational data
- Partner with clinicians and business stakeholders to improve data capture practices, deliver training, and support best-practice data management
- Analyse complex data and provide actionable insights that support service improvement, performance monitoring, and strategic decision-making
- Deliver high-quality reporting and drive continuous improvement through the development of data standards, resolution of data quality issues, and enhancement of reporting processes
About you
- Proven experience in healthcare, health information, research, or other complex data environments, with expertise in data governance, data quality, analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clinicians, managers, and stakeholders, influencing data quality outcomes and supporting organisational priorities through effective use of information
- Highly developed communication, engagement, and relationship management skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to a diverse range of audiences
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to interpret complex information, develop practical solutions, and drive process and system improvements
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes while providing expert advice and translating data into meaningful insights that support evidence-based decision-making
