You will directly empower global companies to optimize their shipping costs and improve business efficiency, building high-value skills in data management and logistics operations.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

• Master and navigate the cutting-edge Freight Audit web platform and specialized supporting tools.
• Manage and register critical invoice and credit note data to support international shipping compliance.
• Collaborate dynamically with cross-functional operational teams to streamline workflows and resolve issues.
• Drive continuous process improvement and operational optimization in close partnership with our Delivery Experts.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Intermediate level of English with strong professional business correspondence skills.
• Proficiency in Google products and services.
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and a results-oriented mindset.

Bonus Points For:

• Degree in Auditing, Logistics, International Economic Relations, Banking, Finance, or a related field.
• Prior experience or proficiency with MS Office tools.
• Familiarity with the JIRA platform for team collaboration and issue tracking.
