As a Data Engineer- Associate- Analytics- Operate, you will be at the forefront of delivering managed services that streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency for our clients. Within our Managed Services practice, you will focus on transitioning and running services, managing delivery teams, and optimizing processes to drive continuous improvement. As an Associate, you will contribute to client engagements and projects, developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will learn to build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of your development, applying a learning mindset to adapt to diverse client needs and team dynamics. Responsibilities

- Supporting client engagement and project tasks within managed services to streamline operations and improve efficiency
- Applying project management skills to transition and run services, managing delivery teams and programs
- Utilizing technology and process optimization techniques to enhance service delivery and performance
- Collaborating with teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in managed services processes and tools
- Engaging in data analysis to inform insights and recommendations for process improvement
- Developing automation solutions to optimize business processes and enhance operational performance
- Participating in stakeholder engagement to gather information and discern patterns for strategic decision-making
- Implementing workflow automation to improve timely delivery and service management
- Contributing to the design and development of automation frameworks to support business transformation initiatives
- Building commercial awareness and understanding of business operations to drive value for clients

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience in Data Engineer - Netezza , OGG(Oracle Golden Gate) & Data stage
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
