¿Qué estamos buscando?
Estamos buscando Data Delivery Manager.
Un perfil senior con amplia experiencia en proyectos de datos complejos, que se responsabilice del delivery end-to-end de los proyectos más estratégicas del área de Data & AI. Serás la figura clave para asegurar que los proyectos se entregan en tiempo, con calidad técnica y con impacto real en negocio.
En VML The Cocktail somos realmente exigentes con cumplir con los 3 pilares, tenemos un equipo altamente cualificado en la gestión, la excelencia técnica y el profundo conocimiento de cada vertical de negocio.
Trabajarás a la par de arquitectos y leads técnicos, coordinando equipos de Data Engineering, Analytics y AI, y actuando como punto de conexión entre tecnología y stakeholders de negocio.
Tendrás criterio para entender, cuestionar y priorizar decisiones técnicas, sin ser un rol puramente hands-on.
Lo que harás:
- Liderar el delivery de proyectos de plataformas de datos, BI avanzado y ML/AI (GenAI/Agentic).
- Traducir objetivos de negocio en planes de ejecución claros y realistas.
- Gestionar dependencias, riesgos y trade-offs técnicos.
- Asegurar buenas prácticas de delivery, planificación y seguimiento.
- Aportar visión estratégica al roadmap de datos del departamento.
Qué buscamos:
- +7 años de experiencia en entornos de datos, con foco en delivery o liderazgo técnico.
- Conocimiento sólido de arquitecturas modernas de datos en cloud.
- Experiencia gestionando stakeholders senior.
- Mentalidad estratégica, pragmática y orientada a resultados.
